Terms & Conditions

These terms describe what you can expect from Soul Music Vault and what we ask of you in return.

Agreement

By using this website or a Soul Music Vault membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the membership.

Membership and billing

  • Membership is $14.99 monthly or $149 annually.
  • Memberships, payments, and account management are handled inside the Soul Blueprint App and its payment processor.
  • Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid billing period.
  • Prices and included benefits may change. Existing members will be notified before a change affects a renewal.

What your membership allows

A personal membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and enjoy the music for your own private, personal listening.

What your membership does not allow

  • Public performance, broadcast, or playback in a commercial setting.
  • Use in classes, retreats, sessions, courses, or client work.
  • Copying, redistribution, resale, file sharing, or uploading to other platforms or social media.
  • Use in videos, podcasts, apps, advertising, or any derivative work.
  • Sharing your account credentials with others.

If you would like to use this music in your business or practice, contact us about appropriate licensing.

Downloads

Streaming is the default. Downloads are available only where a specific track or membership level explicitly permits them, and downloaded files remain subject to these terms.

Personalized Sacred Songs

  • Personalized songs are creative works inspired by the information and themes you provide. They are interpretive, not predictive.
  • Personalized songs are private by default and are never published without your permission.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. Because each song is created for you, personalized song purchases are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

Gifted songs

When you gift a song, you confirm that you have permission to share the recipient's name and contact details with us for the purpose of delivering the gift.

Intellectual property

All music, recordings, artwork, text, and branding on this site are owned by Soul Music Vault and its creator and are protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights are reserved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or copy the library, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.

No professional advice

Soul Music Vault is offered for listening, reflection, mindfulness, creativity, and general wellness. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Please see our Music Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

The site and the music are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Music Vault is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site, the music, or any linked service.

Third-party links

This site links to the Soul Blueprint App, My Peace Guru, and other resources. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of the music.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
